Walmart Supercenter #1570 recently donated $3,000 to Hoosiers Feeding the Hungry. According to the latest Feeding America Map the Meal Gap report, DeKalb County has almost 4,700 residents who regularly struggle with food insecurity – 1,800 of which are children. This gift will help to provide over 10,300 more meals to residents struggling in DeKalb County. “We are so grateful that this store and it’s associates continuously support us in our mission.” said Debra Treesh, Executive Director of Hoosiers Feeding the Hungry.
