A grant provided by the Women’s Fund of Gibson County (in the Gibson County Community Foundation, an affiliate of the Community Foundation Alliance) will pay to process about 1,000 pounds of donated large game and livestock, which will then be distributed to area hunger-relief agencies – providing almost 4,000 meals to residents in need within their community! The Women’s Fund of Gibson County is used to make grants to support a variety of projects or programs that are important to Gibson County women and improve the quality of life for the county’s residents.
