Carroll County Community Fund gives $2,000 to provide meat to local hunger relief agencies

The Carroll County Community Fund, a fund of the Carroll County Community Foundation, recently awarded Hoosiers Feeding the Hungry funds to aid in hunger relief efforts in the form of a grant totaling $2,000. Money for the grant award was  donated by First Farmers Bank and Trust to the Carroll County Community Foundation to provide grants for food programs. These funds will be used to pay processing fees on donated livestock with the meat being given to agencies serving food-insecure residents within Carroll County.
