Wabash County United Fund, Inc. recently awarded Hoosiers Feeding the Hungry $1,000 to be used to serve Wabash County residents. “United Fund is pleased to be able to include the Meat the Need program for funding for 2020”, stated Steve Johnson, Executive Director of Wabash County United Fund. “It is a challenge for food pantries to keep enough meat in their facilities for the level of need in our communities. We hope the program will help address food insecurity in Wabash County.”
